Our mission

Skill development is workforce development

Many employers would hire someone new if they could see them work first. Many people could do the job if someone gave them the chance. Work-based training opportunities close that gap.

Paid work experience

A set stretch of paid, supervised work so you can learn a job and an employer can see what you can do.

Internships and apprenticeships

An internship here means a paid, time-limited role with someone to guide you. An apprenticeship is a paid job where you learn the trade while you work.

On-the-job training

You're hired and learn the role at work. For employers, part of the training cost may be supported. The local workforce board decides.

No closed doors: whether you're finishing school, coming back to work or changing careers, start here.

For employers

The Enterprise Partners

Regional employers who hire through ForgePath and help shape a right-skilled Panhandle workforce, from first jobs to skilled careers.
